CROWN HOME Technical team experiences vary from 10 to 15 years in the field of IT , communication and networking consultancy and solutions.

CROWN HOME delivers a wide array of LAN, WAN and video conferencing solutions, data communication solutions, and enterprise voice solutions, including voice equipment PBXs, IPBXa, VOIP,IP  phones , etc.

  • Crown Home Provided technical solution and implementation for the biggest video conference network to connect 28 governorates and about 2000 school for the  biggest  Tele-education project in the Middle East for MOE in Egypt. Following this project in another one in 2000 to implement the first Tele - education project connect Egypt, Kuwait and Jordan in cooperation with SISCOM and Giza Systems Engineering the main contractor in that project.

  • In 2001, CROWN HOME provided technical assistant to SISCOM project management and system integration services for City Stars Project which is the biggest IP Telephony and Switched Network project in the Middle East for Data , Voice and video. The project included about 45,000 + nodes and was based on Cisco Systems IP Telephony and Gigabit/fast Ethernet switches, Avaya Cabling , Teleste fiber/coaxial backbone and Otrum Guest link ahead end and TVs . SISCOM was responsible for system integration and project management of the whole project.

  • In 2003, CROWN HOME in associated with SISCOM to win a contract to supply , install and commission an expansion of an Internet broadband network for YALLA Internet Service Provider with 37 nodes across Egypt. The solution that included routers, DSLAMS and converters, was based on both Cisco and Patton equipment taking in consideration the readiness of the infrastructure to implement the VoIP services for retail and business when licensed by the country government.

  • In 2003 CROWN HOME provided business consultancy and project management service to Egypt’s white goods industrial giant, Olympic Group, in establishing and operating its CRM-based Call Center serving 11millioon households. Call Center project was based on Mitel ICP Contact Center solution integrated with Oracle CRM solution.
